The increase in home values in the neighborhood near Green Ridge continue to outperform City of Durango, La Plata County, and National home prices. The majority of homes in this area are newer and occupied by the homeowners themselves rather than tenants. All in all, this area of Durango is one of the hottest places to be given its proximity to town yet distinct mountain-living flavor.
